The Founder's Message

It is with great gratitude and humility that I welcome you to the Vision and Strategic Framework Manual of Shekinah Blaze Outreach International.

This document represents more than an organizational framework or ministry strategy. It is the expression of a divine mandate entrusted to us by God—a mandate to raise God-fearing Kingdom leaders through the unwavering teachings of Biblical principles and to extend God’s love and teachings to the unchurched through discipleship and transformational ministry.

Every ministry has a story. Every vision has a beginning. Behind every work of God lies a journey of faith, obedience, sacrifice, perseverance, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit. Shekinah Blaze Outreach International was birthed out of a deep conviction that God desires to transform lives, families, communities, and nations through ordinary people who are fully surrendered to Him.

Throughout the years, we have witnessed God’s faithfulness in remarkable ways. We have seen lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. We have seen families restored, leaders developed, communities impacted, and people discover purpose through Jesus Christ. We have also encountered challenges, seasons of testing, and moments that required unwavering faith. Yet through every season, God has remained faithful to His promises.

The vision of Shekinah Blaze Outreach International is not merely to build church gatherings. Our calling is to build people. We believe that when people are discipled according to the Word of God, they become instruments through which God transforms society. Therefore, our focus has always been on developing individuals who fear God, demonstrate Christ-like character, and influence every sphere of life through Kingdom values.

As a ministry, we are committed to teaching sound Biblical doctrine, cultivating a culture of prayer, promoting spiritual maturity, developing leaders, and demonstrating the love of Christ through practical acts of service. We believe that true ministry extends beyond the walls of the church building and must impact the communities we serve.

The Lord has called us to be a ministry that is governed by Heaven and established on Earth. This means that every decision, every program, every outreach initiative, and every strategic objective must flow from God’s heart and align with His purposes. Prayer, obedience, and dependence upon the Holy Spirit remain central to everything we do.

As we look toward the future, we believe that God is positioning Shekinah Blaze Outreach International for greater influence, broader impact, and expanded Kingdom assignment. Our vision extends beyond a single congregation. We see healthy churches planted, leaders raised, communities transformed, and generations equipped to serve God faithfully.

This manual serves as a guide for all who identify with the vision of Shekinah Blaze Outreach International. It provides clarity regarding our beliefs, values, culture, strategic objectives, and ministry philosophy. It is intended to ensure that every member, leader, ministry worker, partner, and future branch remains aligned with the vision God has entrusted to this ministry.
