Our Vision Statement

Introduction
At Shekinah Blaze Outreach International, our vision is more than a statement. It is a divine mandate that guides every ministry activity, every leadership decision, every outreach initiative, and every strategic objective.
This vision defines who we are, what we are called to accomplish, and the type of people we are committed to raising.
We believe that God’s solution for transforming families, communities, cities, and nations is found in raising men and women who fear Him, submit to His Word, and influence society through Kingdom values.
For this reason, Shekinah Blaze Outreach International exists to nurture and develop God-fearing Kingdom leaders through the unwavering teachings of Biblical principles.
Understanding Our Vision
Our vision contains five key components: 1. To Nurture 2. To Develop 3. God-Fearing 4. Kingdom Leaders 5. Through the Unwavering Teachings of Biblical Principles Each component carries significant meaning and forms part of our ministry philosophy.
1. TO NURTURE
Building People with Patience and Love
To nurture means to care for, support, encourage, and cultivate growth.
Just as a parent lovingly nurtures a child, the Church is called to nurture believers in their spiritual journey.
At Shekinah Blaze Outreach International, we recognize that spiritual growth is a process. Every believer is at a different stage of development and requires encouragement, guidance, correction, and support.
We are committed to creating an environment where people can grow in their relationship with God without fear, condemnation, or rejection.
Through prayer, discipleship, mentorship, fellowship, and pastoral care, we seek to help every believer mature in Christ.
Our goal is not merely to attract people but to nurture them into spiritual maturity.
2. TO DEVELOP
Equipping Believers for Kingdom Impact
Development involves intentional growth and preparation.
God never calls people without also preparing them for their assignment.
At Shekinah Blaze Outreach International, we are committed to helping believers discover their gifts, develop their abilities, strengthen their character, and fulfill their God-given purpose.
We believe that every believer possesses unique gifts, talents, and callings that can be used for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
Development takes place through:
• Biblical teaching
• Leadership training
• Ministry involvement
• Mentorship
• Practical service opportunities
• Spiritual formation
• Character development
The goal is to equip believers to serve effectively both within the Church and in society.
3. GOD-FEARING
The Foundation of True Leadership
The fear of the Lord is the cornerstone of our vision.
Scripture teaches:
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.”
(Proverbs 9:10)
The fear of God is not terror or intimidation. It is a deep reverence, honor, respect, and submission to God’s authority.
A God-fearing leader seeks to please God above all else.
Such a leader:
• Walks in integrity.
• Lives according to Biblical standards.
• Demonstrates humility.
• Serves selflessly.
• Honors God’s Word.
• Values righteousness.
• Makes decisions based on Biblical convictions.
We believe that leadership without the fear of God often leads to pride, selfish ambition, corruption, and abuse of authority.
Therefore, before we focus on leadership skills, we focus on character.
Character sustains what gifting alone cannot.
4. KINGDOM LEADERS
Leaders Who Influence for God’s Glory
Our vision is not limited to raising church leaders.
We seek to raise Kingdom leaders.
A Kingdom leader is any believer who uses their God-given influence to advance God’s purposes wherever they are called.
Kingdom leadership extends beyond the church building into every sphere of society, including:

• Government
• Media
• Arts and Culture
• Community Development
• Ministry
• Healthcare
• Sports
We believe that God is raising believers who will represent Him with excellence and integrity in every area of life.
Kingdom leaders understand that leadership is stewardship.
They lead not for personal recognition but for the glory of God and the benefit of others.
At Shekinah Blaze Outreach International, leadership is viewed as service rather than status.
Following the example of Jesus Christ, we embrace servant leadership as the highest expression of Kingdom leadership.

Our Commitment to Future Generations

Our Vision Declaration
We declare that Shekinah Blaze Outreach International shall be a ministry distinguished by the presence of God, committed to raising God-fearing Kingdom leaders who influence their generation through Biblical truth, Christ-like character, servant leadership, and unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ. We believe that through the power of the Holy Spirit and the authority of God’s Word, lives shall be transformed, families restored, leaders raised, communities impacted, and nations influenced for the glory of God.
